A bridge doesn't move you. It holds steady — the one place with a clear view of both banks and the water below. That is what these conversations are for.
What Jysr stands for
Jysr works developmentally and systemically: people and organisations make meaning in evolving ways, and the situations that feel most stuck are often the ones that have outgrown our current way of seeing them. The work meets you where you are — not where a model says you should be.
There is no agenda here for where you should end up. Sometimes the work is movement; sometimes it is seeing clearly where you already stand. The only destination Jysr is committed to is clarity — because clarity creates choice, and choice creates change.
