Jysr means bridge in Arabic.

What Jysr stands for

A bridge offers a way across. It connects what was separate and gives us a new vantage point. From it we see more than one side, and more of the landscape, even when the landscape itself has not changed.

These connections run between people, perspectives and parts of an organisation. They also run within us: between where we are and where we want to go, between what we know and how we live, between who we are and what we do, and between parts of ourselves that have yet to meet.

The more complex life and work become, the more it matters to see how things connect. With a clearer view of what is happening, and of our place within it, we can choose how to respond.

The founder behind Jysr

I'm Hasnaê Kerach, founder of Jysr. I coach and consult with individuals and organisations navigating change and complexity.

I spent more than a decade in commercial organisations across media, consultancy, executive education and retail. I've lived in Morocco, the Netherlands and the UK, worked in China and across international markets.

Moving between cultures, environments and perspectives has given me an instinct for seeing a situation from more than one vantage point, understanding the different realities people bring to it, and reading the wider system around them.

I work in Arabic, English and Dutch. In Arabic I move comfortably across dialects, from Modern Standard Arabic to Egyptian, Levantine and a neutral spoken register understood throughout the Gulf and the wider Arab world. Different languages can reveal different ways of seeing a situation, and a conversation can happen in any of them.

I hold a professional coaching diploma accredited at practitioner level by EMCC and NOBCO, am a certified Spiral Dynamics coach through ValueMatch, and am an accredited Change Management Practitioner. I work to the EMCC Code of Ethics.
