For your organisation
Every organisation faces moments of transition, pressure and growth. JYSR partners with you to navigate these moments with clarity, strengthen leadership and create the conditions for meaningful, sustainable change.
START A CONVERSATIONThe work
Most organisational challenges are not information problems. Leadership teams usually know, at some level, what is not working. What is harder is seeing the patterns clearly, saying them out loud, and changing them while the day-to-day continues. That is the work JYSR is built for.
Executive and leadership coaching
Confidential one-to-one coaching for leaders carrying real responsibility — under contract with the organisation, with clear three-way agreements about purpose and confidentiality. The focus ranges from stepping into a bigger role to leading through ambiguity, difficult dynamics and personal sustainability.
Coaching within leadership programmes
Coaching alongside or inside leadership development programmes, where individual conversations turn programme content into personal change. JYSR has designed, managed and delivered leadership development from the inside of this industry for over a decade, and knows what makes the coaching component actually land.
Teams and facilitated conversations
Facilitated sessions for teams navigating change, conflict or renewal — creating reflective space where a team can look at how it really works together, not just what it produces. Practical, structured, and honest without being brutal.
Custom programmes and workshops
Where a defined group shares a defined challenge — new leaders, leaders in transition, intercultural teams — JYSR co-designs workshops and programmes around it rather than delivering something off the shelf.
Approach & methodology
The work is developmental and systemic. Developmental, because people and organisations make meaning in evolving ways: the same change lands completely differently depending on where a person or a culture currently stands, and interventions that ignore this tend to produce compliance rather than change. Systemic, because individual behaviour is usually a rational response to the system around it — so the conversation has to include the system, not just the person.
In practice this means starting from your actual situation rather than a framework, and bringing frameworks in only where they create clarity. The developmental models informing the work include Spiral Dynamics, in which JYSR is certified through ValueMatch, alongside adult development, systems thinking and intercultural perspectives — held lightly, never as labels to sort people into.
What grounds all of it is fifteen-plus years inside commercial organisations — account management, L&D, leadership development, programme delivery — across sectors, cultures and organisational levels. The perspective is developmental; the feet are commercial.

How an engagement works
It starts with a conversation — about your context, your objectives, and what success would look like. No proposal is written before this conversation has happened, because the shape of the work should come from the situation, not from a menu.
Then the design is co-created: scope, cadence, who is involved, and — for coaching engagements — the three-way agreements between coach, coachee and organisation that make confidentiality and purpose explicit from the start.
The engagement itself runs through coaching, facilitation and conversations that create clarity, capability and momentum, with light-touch progress reviews that respect what is confidential.
And it evolves: we reflect, learn and adapt together, so the work keeps serving what your organisation actually needs rather than what was assumed at the beginning.
Ethics & standards
Coaching conversations are confidential, and the boundaries of that confidentiality are agreed explicitly with everyone involved before the work begins. JYSR is independent — not tied to any agenda other than what serves you — and works to the EMCC code of ethics.
The quality of your leadership shapes the quality of your organisation's future.
If you are navigating change, growth or complexity, let's start a conversation about how JYSR can support you.
